Equipment manufactured by Gammon Technical Products is warranted against defects in design and workmanship for a period of 5 years in normal service. (Normal wear, abuse and damage caused by poor maintenance are not covered.) We will repair or replace covered equipment FOB Manasquan or delivered (at our discretion). Equipment or components manufactured by other companies, such as pumps and filters, are warranted by their own manufacturers and are not warranted by Gammon Technical Products. We make no other warrantee expressed or implied. Neither our employees nor our distributors are authorized to modify this coverage. We expressly disclaim any liability for late fees, penalties, losses or damages, contingent or otherwise, arising in connection with the use, operation or service of any equipment furnished by Gammon Technical Products beyond replacement or repair of defective equipment, as stated above. Field repairs or any other repairs conducted by others are not covered unless specifically approved in writing by an officer of Gammon Technical Products. Do not perform or have made any repairs or modifications of our equipment without our written authorization. We reserve the right to repair or replace at our discretion. Orders for equipment not specifically listed in our catalog may not be cancelled without charge. We reserve the right to modify or alter design or materials used without notice.
