Return Policy
How do I return an item?
 

Please follow the guidelines below to ensure that all returns are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible:

 

Call 732-223-4600 or email [email protected] request a Return Goods Authorization number.

No items will be accepted for credit, repair or replacement without prior written authorization and an RGA or RFR number assigned and on the shipment. Items returned for credit may be subject to a restocking charge of at least 20%.  Be sure to write your RGA number on the shipping label.


Claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise or they will not be accepted.


Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip:

Product name, part numbers, quantities and serial numbers, if available.  Company or Military base information contact name, telephone number, fax number, and/or e-mail address.

No product over 1 year old from the date of shipment can be accepted for return credit.

C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.

Carefully pack the products individually wrapped and heavy items should be in a separate box.

 

CAUTION:

Residual fuel must be drained and dried from every item before it is packed for shipment. If an Aqua-Glo instrument is to be returned, be sure to include the Calibrating Standard, if available. We strongly urge that you make shipment in the original carrying case for safety in transport. If any items in your kit have been lost, be sure to tell us so that we can quote the price of replacements.

Call 1-800-524-0287 or email [email protected] to request an RFR (returned for repair).  Please provide a detailed description of problem and following the our return procedures.

Our factory repair program insures your satisfaction because no work is done until you agree on cost.  Cost is usually determine one day after product is received  and you will be notify either by phone or email If the customer decides that the repair cost is excessive in comparison to purchasing a new item, we will return your damaged or inoperative item at your expense.
If you are a U.S. Government operation, be prepared to give us an IMPAC card number and expiration date.  Alternatively, you may also pay on a net 30 basis if we receive a hard copy of a form DD-1155. Return freight cost will be added at the time of shipment.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
