Provide the serial number of the Eclipse if you can. It is
accessed by pushing the right arrow a number of times. If the buttons don’t
work, the serial number may be written in permanent marker inside
the control enclosure.

The Viper pump serial number is hammer stamped on the pump. This will all help identify the correct programming.  

Otherwise default settings will be used.
